  1. 'KYC' Know Your Customer: Our first step when building a content plan, is to learn about your customers. Knowing who, what, and where will allow us to scout talent that will have the most reach with your audience and give you the best return on ad spend. Whether you are just starting out or a fortune 500 company this process is vital for educating our team on what your goals and objectives are with the project.  Our customer knowledge is the foundation for each video, and helps us get a clear idea of your video’s objective, tone, style, and messaging should be.
     

  2. Scripting: No winning content is complete without very intentional scripting. After gathering as much information as we can, we will execute our own market research, reviewing your past wins and losses along with a full industry report to see where there are any trends or hype. Once satisfied with customer research, we will construct scripts directed towards our target audience, including slang terms, accents, props, and any other defining features of our audience. 
     

  3. Pre-Production: This is where all of the elements for the video come together, including the final script, casting, location selection, the shot-list, and final deliverables selection. We will confirm all details before filming, and will involve you in every part of the production process ​, with real time updates and content samples. We like to take our time with this process to ensure no detail was overlooked and that both you and our team are satisfied with the productions details and timeline.
     

  4. The Shoot!: On the day(s) of production we will confirm there are no last minute changes and will provide real time updates via email and/or SMS with sample footage of the content to be expected. 
     

  5. Post-Production: This is where we will edit the footage and add any elements needed for the completed product. Including: motion graphics, 3D elements, voiceovers, music, and other required pieces to finalize the video project. This is when your project will come to life, while also confirming the satisfaction of the production. *If using existing video assets, we can move directly to this step. 
     

  6. Review and Retarget: Once our team is done with all final edits, and revisions, we will have a final sit down and review all deliverables, including their uses, formats, and licensing rights. We will also be monitoring the campaign launch to make note of any adjustments that can be made for future campaigns..
